A BIG Tiny House on Wheels

The Tamarack is a modern, shed roof style tiny house on wheels with sleeping and storage lofts and sized in between a park model RV and a tiny house.

With an open floor plan it has room for creative owner modifications.

As is, it has a full kitchen and eating area, living room with floor mounted LPG fireplace and french doors leading to an optional small deck.

There's also a fully appointed bathroom with a standard sized bath and shower, composting loo (porcelain toilet) and small hand basin.

There are stairs ascending to the sleeping loft, a handy storage loft and room of many storage possibilities depending on personal needs.

While the Tamarack can be moved it would be appropriately sited as a park model RV in a liberal trailer park community, permanent guest cottage, etc.

The house features 2x6 walls designed for the cold Minnesota winters and can be insulated to R-38 all around - floors, walls and ceiling - and there's room for an HRV system to keep moisture from building up and fresh air circulating 24/7

NOTE: The trailer for this house is 32' long and requires modification by a professional trailer fabricator. An additional axle is recommended and welded crossmembers (or an engineered subfloor) need to be added to this trailer prior to construction.

A Sketchup model for this plan is also available here.
